Lawana Resort
The kids will like the colours

What we say:
The first thing to catch your eye at Lawana Resort will be the pumpkin colour of the bungalows. The kaleidoscope does not stop when you enter the rooms, and each bungalow is painted a different vibrant colour, with bright silk throws and scatters adding to the crazy colour scheme -- if neutral shades are your style, then Lawana is not the place for you, but if you enjoy quirky, then this may be an ideal location. Pretty touches such as orchids planted in wooden boats and unusual statues mounted to the walls add to the unique style. The door knocker is a woodpecker, pecking away at your door when housekeeping pulls the string to knock. The Garden premier rooms are the best value for money. Don't pay extra for a pool villa, as the plunge pools aren't particularly noteworthy. A large communal pool with huge floating cushions overlooks the beach, which is good for swimming. Lawana is about 400m past World Resort if coming from Nathon, and is well signposted on the Ring Road.
