What we say:

Greenhouse Samui Apartments are located above Kohinoor Indian Restaurant, via a rather steep staircase. For this reason, they are not suited to the elderly or anyone who battles with stairs -- especially after a few sundowners. This aside, the apartments are fully furnished and come with kitchenettes, allowing you to try your hand at cooking produce from the markets. The third floor apartments are slightly more expensive than those on the second floor and are equipped with extras such as DVD players, microwaves and coffee makers. All apartments have WiFi, air-con and cable TV. Rooms are serviced daily, and meals can be delivered by the Indian restaurant below, as well as from some of the other nearby eateries. Each apartment has a balcony overlooking Fisherman's Village adorned with pot plants, staying true to the name of the establishment. Weekly and monthly rates are also available. To find Greenhouse, from the main Fisherman’s Village entrance, turn left when you get the pier. The apartments are about 200m on the left, above Kohinoor Indian Restaurant, on the non-sea side of the road.
