Description
Buddha View Dive Resort is named for Buddha Point, easily seen from this beachfront location. The resort caters primarily to divers on a higher budget. The large, spotless rooms are located in two-storey buildings around a sandy and shaded central courtyard. Each room has satellite TV and a hot shower but they still cost more than they should. The English-speaking staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and besides their fully-stocked dive shop, they offer snorkel rentals, laundry service and travel assistance, and their internet shop features CD burning and photocopy services. Located in western Chalok Ban Kao, Buddha View guests have access to several laid-back beachfront restaurants and some decent shopping. Motorbike rentals are also available.
