J.P. Resort
Loads of simple bungalows

What we say:
JP Resort has just four concrete bungalows on the beach -- however they don’t actually face the beach. The rest of this resort's bungalows are just across the road and stretch along the hillside. The basic bungalows are mostly connected in pairs or blocks as opposed to private single huts. Rooms are well-kept and clean though nothing too fancy. The restaurant is average with a standard menu and price, but it's in a lovely setting where guests can view the sea through coconut trees.

Don't stay here!
Paid 1,200B (most expensive on the whole beach, we are normally good bargainers but here not even 1B less was possible) for a room with cold water, no toilet flush and a broken air-con and fan! When we checked out they told us we don't know how the air-con works, and that there was electricity all night (in reality it suddenly got cut off at 3am and switched on at 8am). They wanted us to believe it was our fault, but the neighbours had exactly the same problem! Very unfriendly! We didn't get any of the money back because that are the rules of the hotel.
