Description
The sociable staff here seem more interested in having a yarn than showing you a room, which once you see what's on offer is understandable. Wooden bungalows painted red and green with yellow trim hint of a reggae influence, but only the strains of Thai TV soaps waft out of reception. The bungalow interiors are rundown and the attached cement bathrooms mouldy and unappealing, but they've got spaciou bungalows which look out over a hefty grassy area which stretches from the restaurant to a fine and deserted strip of beach. Seaside Bungalows is a long haul from downtown chaweng, meaning that in high season this can be a good bet.
