A very popular flashpacker's choice, Chaweng Gardens has a broad range of rooms ranging from those on a budget -- or a Chaweng version of a budget anyway -- through to true flashpackers. The cheapest huts overlook the carpark and get the most noise from town, while those nearer the beach are more private and quieter. The rambling restaurant is very popular but it just dishes out typical guesthouse fare. The beach here is littered with deckchairs, rubbish, hawkers and guests -- one of the busiest stretches of sand in Chaweng.
