Description
Owned by the same company as OP Bungalows further to the north, P&P has quite a reasonable stretch of sand out front and with the reef beginning offshore around here, the water is almost always sheltered and calm. The staff are cheery and fun and the rooms, fairly recently refurbished are plain but very clean. All have aircon, TV, fridge and hot water bathrooms. Be sure to ask for a discount if business is slow. The rooms near the beach are set in a one-storey building while there's a two-storey building away from the beach. Go for a second floor room for the better view and added privacy. They've recently added a small beachfront pool.

ROOMS ARE NOT DRAB! - ![]()

) Stayed here 5/2006
We came here after looking at the rooms and deciding they were much nicer than where we were staying!
They look like they are renovating quite a few rooms and ours looked pretty new and spotless. I think they've refurbed.
There isn't really much atmosphere as the two blocks of rooms are squeezed quite close together but for the money I don't think you'll find nicer rooms in Chaweng.
When we arrived there was the beginnings of a beachfront pool but when we left it was nearly complete.
Rooms nearer the beach are obviously more expensive but we haggled a bit and they gave us a room in the middle of the complex for the price of one furthest to the street. We paid about 850baht.
I would stay here again

The Chaweng Gardens Beach
162/8 Moo 2 Chaweng Beach, Ko Samui
A very popular flashpacker's choice, Chaweng Gardens has a broad range of rooms ranging from those on a budget -- or a Chaweng version of a budget anyway -- through to true flashpackers. The cheapest huts overlook the carpark and get the most noise from town, while those nearer the beach are more... more
Ark Bar
159/75 Moo 2, Chaweng Beach, Ko Samui
The party-animals perennial favourite, the best offerings at Ark Bar are in the two storey building running back through the resort's grounds. Rooms are spotless and very well maintained, though, with their glass fronted style, the ground floor rooms are anything but private. Running down the... more
Long Beach Lodge
14 Chaweng Beach, Ko Samui
Well-spaced out accommodation mostly in two elongated rows, Long Beach has some very well-finished and spacious bungalows. The bathrooms are airy and bright, though the baths are a bit tatty. Chaweng Beach, Ko Samui
Al's has clean, no-frills concrete bungalows with air-con, hot water showers running in two long rows from the road down to the sand, set in a lovely leafy grove. Chaweng Chalet
162/79 Moo 2 Chaweng Beach, Ko Samui
Set on a narrow sliver of sand, Chaweng Chalet is not bad value, as the rooms are very generously sized with a split-level layout and daybed, which could easily make a triple or quad room. Friendly staff here maintain the rooms well, with the bungalows towards the beach being the most popular... more
King's Garden Resort
12 Moo 2, Chaweng Beach, Ko Samui
This friendly spot has rooms ranging from small old-style huts near the road, brand new quite funky bungalows through to a couple of rather well-placed chalets. Silversand Resort
13/2 Moo 2 Chaweng Beach, Ko Samui
This place has two main room styles: old and ratty wooden huts, and larger concrete bungalows. The resort... more
