They were certainly not thinking about blending in with the local environment when this gigantic hotel was built. With 208 rooms on 12 acres of beachfront, you'll never feel alone. Central Samui is a fully-fledged five-star hotel, and the rooms are very tasteful - well-decorated with an attention to detail. Not all have beach views but apparently the ocean can be seen from them all -- we didn't check all 208. Full facilities are offered including distractions to keep rug rats busy and everything you'd ever need for a corporate working holiday. Rates are high, so be sure to check internet prices.
