New Star Beach Resort offers several types of accommodation. The Palm rooms are relatively good value for money, whereas the beachfront and pool villas are overpriced compared to similar beachfront accommodation. The Palm rooms are spacious with over-sized bathrooms containing luxurious toiletries. Modern architecture and decor includes curved roofs with skylights, bold artwork, dark wood panels and ceiling to floor windows. A large swimming pool offers magnificent views over the bay, and leads to the beach. The resort offers several entertainment areas including two restaurants, a lounge and beach bar, as well as private dining on the beach or in your villa. A large aviary set in tall trees is home to tropical birds. The property sits on a hill overlooking Chaweng Noi Bay, and runs down to the beach.
