Fair House Beach Resort & Hotel is the sister establishment to Fair House Villas & Spa in Mae Nam. The resort is set on a vast estate, with coconut groves, rolling lawns, hills, established gardens and a path leading to the pristine beach of Chaweng Noi. Accommodation is in the form of either rooms in the main buildings, or traditional pitched roofed Thai-style bungalows. Both types offer well-appointed, spacious rooms. Bathrooms open up to the bedroom with shutters, and all the features one would expect from a luxury resort are included. The beachfront restaurant often hosts live music and theme evenings. There are two swimming pools, one on the hill and one close to the beach. The resort's large grounds offer a small golf course for guests, and a spa offers massage and other treatments. This resort offers exceptional value considering the calibre and location.

beautiful chaweng noi

i stayed here during 9/05 as part of a travel package deal. i stayed in a ''deluxe'' room. i don't think i can agree with this definition. there were cigarette burn marks in the sheets and it smelled slightly of urine. but this resort had some benefits: one of the most beautiful swimming beaches in koh samui and very friendly staff.
