Description
Lush tropical gardens and water features set the tone for a relaxing resort beach holiday at the Regent. Located in central Chaweng, you will be a world away from the chaos outside if you stay here in their Thai-decorated rooms, which are aging but still pretty respectable. Note the hotel is near the flight-path, so aircraft noise can be an issue.This is an old-style resort so it doesn't have the pizazz of the newly-built 5-star hotels. But it does have its own unique Thai style, which is definitely relaxing, and maintains a high standard of service. However, the walk-in rate is way overpriced compared to other offerings, so make sure you hunt for a good internet price.
