The Suneast
Very smart, new offerings

What we say:
Opened in January 2006, Suneast has sparkling new bungalows and standard rooms (the latter in a two storey building) with immaculate gardens and a very pleasing beachfront pool that gets oodles on sunshine. Rates are very reasonable and the staff are quick to offer discounts making the rooms more reasonable still. The rooms are spotless, with spacious bathrooms and the bungalows also have open air showers at the rear (though be sure to keep the door locked when you're out). All are air-con with tv, hot water bathrooms and service thrown in with a smile. Suneast shows considerable promise, though it does get a bit of noise from the flights overhead. Recommended.

good place
Cleaned daily, staff is very attentive. About 7 minutes walk from restaurant area, but also close to the night club area - thus, sometimes noisy. The beach is somewhat rocky and shallow.
