Sea Breeze is a friendly family-run setup with some great values and a strange mix of accommodation. The older bungalows are well worn, and in a scruffy area, but are clean with great views and big big balconies. There are some well priced air con bungalows in this area too. Some are just off the road while others ramble along the hill to a cliff where the views of Ko Samui are spectacular. While the air-con rooms are a relatively good deal, go for the fan rooms on the cliff. The views are the best here, and the breeze makes air-con unnecessary. The high end rooms are very comfortable, but not quite pulling off the high-end resort feel they're striving for and the top prices demand.The infinity pool near the cliff's edge with its little bar is lovely and always popular, and a wooden boardwalk and semi-rickety stairway provide easy access to Saikantang beach.
