What we say:

This used to be the fanciest spot on Sunset Beach but as the surrounding resorts have upgraded it is now looking a bit dated. The rooms in this large walled and gated complex are spacious, clean and very comfortable and the most affordable rooms are a row of small bungalows crammed into one side of the resort. When we were there we were told a low season price of 1,000 baht could be negotiated. Large concrete bungalows and a few two-storey hotel buildings are spread in rows around the property. Air-con, minibars, TV and hot showers are standard, so all of the rooms are packed with amenities. The beach is a little disappointing with just a narrow strip of rough sand, so it's a good thing two swimming pools are provided as well as a large sundeck. Staff are friendly and professional, adding to the classy yet relaxed atmosphere, though the restaurant is too small.
