Description
Toward the centre of Haad Rin's Sunrise Beach, Bay Shore sits along one of the best stretches of beach for swimming and sunbathing. As of mid-2007, over half of the resort was a construction yard, but they hope to complete the expansion by peak season in December. They're still offering a good selection of well-equipped deluxe bungalows that are spacious and comfortable just off the beach as well as some older wooden huts toward the back of the property that are cheaper but not in great shape.

Phangan Bayshore is expensive for what you get. Staff are rude and the bungalows are small and dirty. Go down the beach and you will find better places.

We cut our stay here short after the owner wouldn't give us our passport to go change traveller's checks! I have no idea what she was trying to achieve, but it certainly got us out the door. Bungalows are ok, but bathrooms a bit yucky.
