Orchid Cliff sits atop the cliff overlooking the clear blue-green waters of Ao Kul Jeua. The beach is just a short walk away from this friendly family-run setup. Orchid Cliff's restaurant provides a breathtaking view from high above the water, and also has a wide selection of tasty food at average prices. The bungalows at Orchid Cliff are fairly cheap, but you get what you pay for -- or a little less in some cases. The clean, freshly-painted exterior is misleading, as the interior is shabby with worn linen, holey walls and drafty floorboards. These huts offer only a bed, fan and squat toilet. On the other hand, guests will enjoy stunning sunset views from anywhere on Orchid Cliff's green gounds.
