The CFT in Here and Now CFT Bungalows stands for Centre for Taijiquan. The accommodation is very basic and somewhat rundown but very cheap. Down a long, steep descent at the hilly northern end of Sairee's main road sits Here and Now's forested and boulder-strewn grounds. With its terrace overlooking Ko Nang Yuan and the gulf, this spot would be incredibly tranquil if not for the constant day-time rumbling of boats passing to and from Nang Yuan. This noise pollution unfortunately defeats the purpose of CFT's Quiet Zone around the bungalows. The tiny cluttered restaurant has decent Thai and international cuisine, most of it vegetarian. The main draw here is the traditional Thai Yoga Massage courses (550B for 2 and a half hours or 12,400B for 12 days) and Qigong-Taijiquan courses (3,100B for 10 one-and-a-half hour sessions with manuals and a DVD). Recommended if you're taking one of these courses
