SB Cabana, located across the street from the beach in southern Sairee, offers budget accommodationthat attracts mostly backpackers and other thrifty travellers. SB's sprawling grounds contain a potpourri of different-looking bungalows. The best bet are actually the cheaper rooms in the building behind the reception. These rooms are very large and well-kept, and the bedding is good and white. The bungalows on the other hand are large but most of them are very worn, both inside and out. If you're lucky, you could get one of a handful of newer huts that are the same price but in much better shape, but these are always the first to go. Other options on Sairee are in better locations and offer more comfortable rooms.

Bricks for Pillows. -

Although this was cheap cheap this accommodaiton was all that was available to me on the day of arriving. The bed was hard as you like, the sheet on the matress kept coming off in the night, the pillows were like bricks. The shower was on some sort of pulse the whole time so you couldnt get a good rise of your hair (for girls this is essential!!) I think this was 300B per night. Although i was a girl travelling on my own i did feel safe here.. just didnt get a very good nights sleep!
