Description
The original Bottle Beach Bungalow, this place has a good selection of bungalows to choose from, many designed specifically with groups of three or four in mind. The smallest huts on the beach are the cheapest and oldest but are still in good shape, fresh and clean with plenty of space, although the bathrooms are very small -- a minor issue really. Many newer rooms are spread around the garden away from the beach. While all of the rooms are quite simple with fans only, they're among the most comfortable huts on Bottle Beach, and the prices are very reasonable, especially when several people share one of the larger rooms. The entire staff here is friendly and knowledgeable, and most speak great English. The restaurant is the best on the beach, very large and open, and its menu is the most extensive and reasonably priced. They serve excellent western breakfast sets, vegetarian Thai food and seafood. Travel booking, massage (250-350B/hour) and book exchange are offered. The friendliest choice around.

Bottle Beach is paradise and for those who appreciate rest, relaxation and a stress-free environment: this is your place. I have been six times and always stay at Bottle Beach 1. In my experiences, I have only stayed in the bungalows on the beach and never had a problem with cockroaches, thieves, or unwanted pests. Yes, the occasional cockroach will emerge but hey, you're in Thailand! Enjoy, this place really is the best to stay on the beach.

I met people staying in the beach front bungalows, and they said they were great.
I had one of the huts at the back and it had a really bad cockroach infestation so I moved to the Smile resort next door.
Don't let it put you off, as the beach front huts are amazing, with no cockroaches according to people I talked to.

Bottle Beach Bungalows are great. The people that work there are very friendly and easy going and always enjoy having a laugh with the tourists. They go out of their way to help you with anything that you need. The bungalows are comfortable, tidy and clean and very affordable. A wonderful place to stay and I recommend it to everyone wanting a relaxing and joyful holiday.
