Dream Hill sits high above Haad Yao to the north looking out over the beach and sea. While the single rooms are affordable, Dream Hill specializes in larger two-bed rooms. All rooms are quite spacious and spotless, comfortable and fresh-smelling, and most have sea views. It's a five minute walk to the beach and centre of Haad Yao, but otherwise Dream Hill has all you might need. A swimming pool and small sun deck sit at the cliff's edge, and internet access, travel assistance and motorbike rentals are available at the reception. A cozy little restaurant also provides a place to relax, and the friendly services here include free pickup from the pier and most beaches, so give them a call before hopping into a songtheaw.

Thieves!

Just returned from a short trip to Thailand that included a five-day stay at Dream Hill to find that they had processed 2 x 50,000 Bt charges on one of our credit cards. We paid cash for our 300B room and also for the meals we had there. We suspect that they either broke into our valuables bag that was held in reception or found the card number in our room. We were going to recommend the place for its quietness, sea breezes and hammocks but obviously not now.

Awesome views and sunsets!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean, comfortable and decent-sized bungalows with own bathrooms, also very clean. Stunning views over Haad Yao with awesome sunsets right from the bungalow balcony. A really cool restaurant/bar on stilts right at the water's edge. Only negatives were that bungalows are built very close to one another, so can feel a bit crowded, and a lot of steps.... but that's what makes the view so good!
