Haad Tian Beach Resort

Quiet and comfortable

Haad Thian Beach Resort offers some of the most comfortable bungalows in this area on a totally private stretch of beach. A retaining wall borders the property while a fine stretch of white sand lies next to the resort. Its basic bamboo huts appeal to budget travellers, while more recently, flashpackers are being drawn in by the addition of large, rather fancy air-con rooms. Beach volleyball, table tennis and the quiet island atmosphere and amiable service are all drawcards.

Haad Tian Beach Resort reviews

Romantic and Pretty - 6th January, 2008
Although small the bungalows did have a mosquito net and we had our own private bathroom. The bungalow was also right on the beach with beautiful views. The beach the resort is set on is a private beach and very far away from pretty much everything. If you choose to stay here you almost certainly need to hire a moped. We were charged 200 baht each for a taxi to thong sala!! The resort it's self is beautiful. Everything looks very new and clean. The pool is a good size and the resort also offers massages. The restaurant is a nice set up and you will definately find something for all tastes on the menus. However, be warned don't expect to get exactly what you ordered. On a few occassions we ended up with alternative meals and once we were even asked how something on the menu was prepared because the chef didn't know! Overall the staff are very friendly and happy to help. This resort is more family friendly than backpacker orientated so don't expect it to be pumping.
