Pahnun View is the only surviving setup on Ao Lang Khaay. Its blue-roofed bungalows spread up the forested hillside overlooking the bay and provide some of the cheapest accommodation on the island in one of the most remote locations. Pahnun View's bungalows are a mixed bag -- mostly very basic, and the small huts behind the restaurant are showing their age. Go for the larger huts closer to the sea. For only 50B more, they are much larger and more comfortable and provide a wonderful view of the small bay. While there is no beach at Ao Lang Khaay, a sturdy stairway leads down to the rocks at the water's edge where visitors can snorkel or relax with their thoughts. A peaceful, friendly place to truly get away from it all.
