Built on what was once Nice Resorts 1 & 2, the Rummana is a well executed affair as long as you don't mind the somewhat maze like paths from reception down to the beach. While the chalets are packed in pretty tightly, they've been organised in a manner that gives a surprising degree of privacy and feel refreshingly spacious inside. Grounds overflow with water-features -- there's seemingly a ceramic frog spewing out water at every turn along with well loved and manicured gardens. The rooms are spotless with well-thought-out bathrooms (with tubs) and furnished with a flourishing eye for detail. The two ocean suites are well overpriced, and bear in mind that while your bathtub and bed have views over the pool, so the pool has views over your tub and bed -- there's also a large tract of space wasted on a walk-in wardrobe. The beachside pool and restaurant are well placed. Some rooms have wifi access -- specify that before booking if you require it.
