Spectacular sunsets
What we say: 
Magic View is now under French management and this small resort is good value as an old-style Samui haunt for those on a budget. The huts are very basic but are smack-bang right on a great stretch of the beach. The restaurant is small and has a short menu, and while the decking looked to be slipping into the sea, that hasn't happended just yet. The sunsets from here are spectacular.
