Situated in the east of Mae Nam, Fair House Villas and Spa (previously Ban Laem Sai) is set on a hill, overlooking the bay, in well established tropical gardens, leading down to a breezy beach. The resort captures modern Thai style with attention to detail in everything from the d�cor and construction, to the gardens that contain plaques commemorating those who spent their honeymoon at the resort. Villas and suites are tastefully furnished. Worth a mention is the swimming pool, which has several levels, Jacuzzi-style day beds set into the water, a basket ball hoop and a bar that you can swim up to, complete with stone turtle bar stools. The poolside menu offers a simple menu at reasonable prices for the standard of this resort. Sun loungers, both around the pool and on the beach, are serviced by the pool bar. Rates are reasonable for what is on offer. Be warned that the hill bungalows can be a very tiring walk in the heat, but golf carts can run you home if required. A free shuttle transports guests to Fisherman's Village and Chaweng. You'll find Fair House a few hundred metres past Zazen Resort when travelling towards Nathon from Bophut. Turn at the Resort’s signboard just before the Family Mart.
