Joon is a very chilled out and friendly spot popular among the backpacking crowd. The owners, Steph and Anna, and the rest of the staff are very hospitable. The only room actually on the beach here are the most expensive and best-equipped, but all bungalows are very reasonably priced. They're huge wooden units, worn but clean, though many are rickety with plenty of cracks and spaces for critters to come and go. The intimate little restaurant on the beach is a laid-back place to hang out and mingle. This is a cool spot for sure.
