Best View Villa
Close to town, but not too close

What we say:
Best View's bungalows are not particularly charming, but they're inexpensive and provide a somewhat tranquil place to stay for those catching a ferry out of Thong Sala. While the property borders the beach, only two bungalows could be considered beach front while most are set back behind the restaurant in a grassy grove. The yellow concrete huts are quite plain and basic though sturdy and clean. A small restaurant serves decent Thai and western food, and the staff is amiable enough. Located just a few minutes from Thong Sala, Best View is recommended for those who need to catch a boat and don't want to stay right in town. A cheap place where one probably wouldn't want to spend too much time.

Amazing Perfection!
This is the best place on the island! The rooms are cheap, clean and private and steps from the water! The atmosphere is serene, and it feels like home. The woman who runs the place is really nice, and friendly, and she is wicked in the kitchen! Their restaurant overlooks the beach with beautiful sunsets, and unbelievable food. Her prices are very reasonable. It's small which makes it cozy and inviting the 9 bungalows and 3 staff members, make it easy to get to know your neighbors. Highly recommended and I will always seek this place out, when on Pha-Ngan...
