Buakao Inn
Coolest spot in town

What we say:
Located north of the Songserm Pier and just off the main road, Buakao is the most happening guest house in central Thong Sala. A's Coffee Shop on the ground floor, is a popular restaurant and cafe/bar and a big backpacker hangout as well as a good place to enjoy a fresh cup of coffee or a cold beverage. Look for the big well-lit sign for A's; the guest house sign is small and easy to miss. The rooms provide the option for just a fan for a decent price or air-con and refrigerator for quite a bit more. The rooms are fairly small and simple but are clean, and the beds are comfortable. One night here is probably enough, most likely in conjunction with an arriving or departing ferry.
