A short walk out of town
133 Moo 1, Thong Sala, Ko Pha Ngan T: (081) 835 2660
Ko Pha Ngan is so big, we’ve split it up into areas, select one of the below for detailed accommodation and food listings in that area. Head up the main street from the pier roundabout and turn left at Soi Krung Thai.
From there it is about a 10-minute walk crossing two small bridges and you will see the sign for Suan Inn on your left. The well-kept bungalows, lining a shady coconut grove, are simple yet spacious and quite well-kept. The basic separate kitchen in the air-con rooms and the verandah and hammock layout make it worth the walk if you are looking for some peace and quiet. The kitchens have a small fridge, sink and single flame stove. Rooms have fan or air-con, TV and mini fridge.
