What we say: 
This ultra-basic, family-run place is in a good central location. The rooms are a bit shabby and grotty but cheap. Before you turn your nose up, you should know that we checked out all the other shabby and grotty guesthouses in town, and this is the pick of the lot. All rooms have private baths with squat toilets. The TVs receive Vietnamese broadcasts only.
