What we say:

This Ialy is in a good location, and almost worth the bump in price as compared to the Hung Vuong nearby. The interior hallways are certainly better looking, and the lobby has a lot more atmosphere. The rooms are spacious and have all the requisite fixings: cable TV, air-con, hot-water baths. The staff speak very little English, but on the plus side, the lobby features two 24-hour ATMs. Rates include tax and Vietnamese-style breakfast.
