Description
This place is a bit more polished than the Thuan Hai down the street, and the rooms are a bit more pleasant. However, there are changes on the horizon -- all the rooms are going to be remodelled and the prices will rise. There are some good budget rooms with shared bath at the back of the building -- in a quiet spot, normally, but a six-floor building is being built right next to them and construction noise could be a problem throughout 2007. In any case, you can get a budget room for the same price or less over at the Thuan Hai without having to share a bathroom.
