If you’re on an extremely tight budget, Bich Hai will be ok for a night or two but anything longer and you’ll probably be yearning for something more comfortable and less depressing.
The entrance is through the kitchen of a local restaurant and nothing about it will give you a warm fuzzy feeling. You get a basic box with a small window and curtain, tile floor and a bed, table, chair, box TV, fan and wardrobe squeezed in. Large folk would struggle to fit into the private wet room bathroom. Overall, everything has seen better days. Bich Hai isn’t terrible but options in town offering far better value do make a strong case for paying a few dollars more then staying here. If you are considering Bich Hai, take a look at Binh Minh Hotel or Truc Hoang Ha Hotel first.
