Description
This is the most conspicuous place in town -- right along the highway, just down from the post office. We can't really fault the rooms, which are clean enough for the night -- we found the mattresses a tad thin. Fan options are available, and discounts if you bargain, but we had the misfortune of spending the night here and being woken up at 5am by someone counting, over and over again, in Vietnamese, very loudly, on a public address speaker across the street. Turns out it was an aerobics class. Only lasted a half an hour, but we chose another place to stay next time we were in town.

The Thanh Binh has prominent signage along the highway, so we were expecting something more than we found.
