Description
This place is located near the central market, along the road between the Phuoc Son Hotel and the post office. It looks to be a great budget option but we had few complaints about the rooms. Thin mattresses, but nice tile floors, a bit of crumbling plaster, but decent western style toilets and some furnishings. It in a quiet spot off the main road, and we've seen much worse rooms for this price in the region. Recommended for bargain hunters.

The Thanh Binh has prominent signage along the highway, so we were expecting something more than we found. It's at the eastern edge of town, which makes for a bad location, and the rooms we saw were smelly, stuffy, and cramped -- there was hardly any room to sit down in the toilet in the bathroom.... more
