What we say:

This place is located along the road between the Phuoc Son Hotel and the post office. It offers some cheap fan doubles which are equivalent to the ones at Nam Thien down the road, but they price them higher. We didn't get a good vibe from the place at all. The staff didn't seem to be very with it and the housekeeping looked lacklustre. Consider it a fall back option if the Nam Thien is full, but you may get a better deal bargaining down the price at one of the places on the main road.
