Good value rooms in a half-new hotel

What we say:

Chau A has some new rooms and some old rooms in adjoining buildings, meaning it's something of a lottery. In the newest building, one double room has a fantastic view over fields and local housing -- just swing open the curtains in the morning and enjoy from the bed. The bathroom in this room was also brand new, though this doesn't apply to the entire hotel. Both buildings house comfortable seating in the lobby and one has internet access. All rooms are clean, look recently decorated and have big beds -- for the price, they represent excellent value both for backpackers and flashpackers.
