The Bamboo Green Harbourside is on Tran Phu street across from the Catholic church, and nowhere near the harbour. We list this place mostly because with three 'Bamboo Green' hotels in town, it would be easy to get confused. Some of the rooms on the upper floors do, in fact, have views of the river in the distance, but for the price you're better off staying at the Bamboo Green Riverside, if you're going the Bamboo Green route at all. Tran Phu is also a much more congested thoroughfare than Bach Dang, and a nearby school stops up traffic several times a day. But, if you wind up here, the rooms aren't so bad.
