This is the place to go for comfy, midrange rooms with river views. The room we saw featured a badly-laid carpet, but was otherwise light, airy and pleasant, providing a desk, built-in furnishings, tubs in the bathroom and cable TV. There's seating out front in plastic chairs for sitting and watching the traffic on the river and the motorbikes passing by on Bach Dang below. Currently, their main competition on the river would be the Bach Dang hotel, north of the Song Ha bridge, but you're more likely to get a good view for a lower price here.
