This 'boutique' hotel, located above an excellent Italian restaurant, offers a great alternative for discriminating mid-range travellers. The rooms here are very spacious, well-decorated, and a good deal for the price. They come with tile bathrooms, living room suites, and huge TVs -- they feel more like apartments than hotel rooms, and indeed, many long-term visitors snap them up and make themselves at home. The quiet location on a back alley is a huge benefit in terms of peace and quiet, and going for a stroll without getting run over. The strongest draw-card is the downstairs restaurant, which is a fine place for a meal or a quiet drink with the French owner and his wife, who speak French and English. A lot of ex-pats show up just for a visit and a drink, and the libations here are high-quality. If you're looking for a home away from home while you're in Da Nang, this is it.
