The dark, cramped lobby is a prelude to the rooms, which are likewise dimly lit and rather stuffy. Though moderately comfortable, with good tile bathrooms, cable TVs, and fridges, the rooms are not very good value when compared to nearby hotels, where you can get digs twice the size for the same price -- Hai Vy Hotel next door is a far better deal. Like all the hotels in this area, they really seem to fall short in the balcony department -- what's the point of getting a room on the river if you can't sit outside and watch the water swirl by? Free internet is available in the lobby.
