Description
The rooms here are comparable in quality to the ones next door at the Mimosa, though the lobby isn't nearly as cute. Like all the hotels in this area, they really seem to fall short in the balcony department -- what's the point of getting a room on the river if you can't sit on the balcony and watch the river? Still, you'll save a few bucks staying here rather than on the east bank. The rooms have good tile baths, cable TVs, and fridges. Free internet is available in the lobby.

The Danang Riverside Hotel
130 Tran Hung Dao, Da Nang
Swooping up to the top of this fourteen-story building via one of the glass elevators, it was clear what this place was all about: the views. It's by far the tallest building for a mile in every direction, which means every room has a great view, either of the China Sea, or the Han River, or both.... more
Mimosa Hotel
12-13 Tran Hung Dao, Da Nang
This is the first place along as you come off the Han River bridge from Da Nang and head north on Tran Hung Dao. It's an easy walk or bike ride into downtown Da Nang from here. This cute little, seven-storey hotel has a welcoming exterior design, with white grillwork outside, and a stone mosaic... more
My Khe 2 Hotel
233 Nguyen Van Thoai, My Khe Beach
This big box of rooms on the beach is hardly a vast improvement on the My Khe's first incarnation up the road. The exterior has an atmosphere exactly like a housing block of low-rent flats. The front parking lot is overgrown with weeds and used mostly as a pay-for-parking spot for motorbikers... more
