Art deco classic

Located to the left of the highest cable car station, the 59-room Morin's facade was designed "with the quintessential French architecture of the 19th century", although to our untrained eye it looks more like the neoclassical Buck Palace than French colonial.
Despite this it looks as if it's been around years and is one of the more beautiful buildings on the mountain top. Interiors are classically art deco with vast black and white tiled flooring and velvet day beds positioned to take in the stunning views. The bathrooms are modern yet classical – oversized gilded mirrors sit over large porcelain basins and there's a huge monsoon shower. To shut out the noise of the theme park during the day windows come with shutters and curtains. Facilities include a large restaurant and separate spa, which juts out over the mountain's edge giving it both privacy and hands down the best views of all. Rates do not include Ba Na Hill's $25 entrance fee.
