Description
A little over one kilometre out of town on the Cua Dai Rd, this is one of the more popular budget traveller hotels in the Hoi An area, and while it isn't the cheapest, once you consider all the fringe benefits -- free internet access, pool and jacuzzi, free cocktails between 19:00 and 20:00 and big screen movie screenings -- this isn't a bad deal at all. The rooms are clean and well-maintained but the worn carpet is testament to this place's popularity. Choose from fan or air-con options, and while the cheapest rooms have no view at all, the more expensive ones have quite smart views over the surrounds. A bunch of inebriated backpackers gave this a huge thumbs up as we wandered through (be warned). Note the free breakfast brings about a $2 increase in the room rate.

not worth of your money -

Have just came back from Hoi An. I stayed two nights at Greenfield's. The first night didn't sleep at all because of the noise from the street -- don't take rooms from the street side. Asked to be moved to another room, which they did. Everything was so old, shabby and smelled. The toilet flush was broken, electricity was down (not their fault but also not my problem, I paid for an air-con room), fan didn't work as well. At the top of everything, there were ants in the room... oh yeah, and out of five computers in the lobby, only three were 'working' which meant you could more or less go on the Internet on only one of them. The only good side of it was a swimming pool and breakfast -- nothing to complain about. If you can, book your room somewhere else.

Overpriced, dated and smelly -

We stayed here for two nights (we had booked so had to give 24 hours notice once we'd found an alternative) and that was more than enough. We wasted an afternoon having to find an alternative.
The room was pokey, very dated, the shower was more of a trickle and the water was cold, but worse of all the room and bathroom smelt of stale urine. We asked to be moved to another room straight away, but that was just as bad.
Very disappointing and not worth the money.
Quite a walk from the main town area as well.
Don't let this review put you off Hoi an though, as it's a beautiful old town, and had by far the best food we found in the whole of SE Asia.

We really liked this place -

The room was great, fresh fruit and flowers everyday. The breakfast was very good and included in the price. The staff were very helpful and we got presents when we left !!!
