Set in a beautiful tropical garden
Made up of multi-storey houses scattered through lush tropical grounds around an inviting pool, Ancient House has finally had a much needed makeover, giving the resort a more boutique feel.
One of the most noticeable changes is the now mature garden, which has made the resort feel more intimate. Rooms are spacious and almost zen-like, with their polished slate floors and darkwood four-poster beds giving them an art deco feel. Superior and special rooms are similar inside with the price changing according to position: go for a top floor room if available as they have the edge. Special rooms also come with an in-room computer with internet access. As with many of the beach road resorts, a free bus shuttles to both town and the beach. It's taken a few years for this resort to find its niche, but now it has it’s unlike any other in Hoi An and at its current price, very good value.
