Sunflower Hotel

Excellent flashpacker value

What we say: 4 stars

Set back from Cua Dai Street midway between Cua Dai beach and Hoi An's old town, the Sunflower offers some of the best flashpacker value in town. A sparkling white exterior sets the tone for the entire place; staff are professional, facilities are modern, everything is spotless. Rooms are cool, airy and bright and even the standards boast a long section of floor level windows with views down to the street. Although Cua Dai Street sees its share of traffic, rooms stay surprisingly quiet. All rooms are immaculate and come with air-con, fresh smelling hot water bathrooms, shiny tile floors, comfortable beds with clean white sheets, TVs, fridges and desks. Superior and deluxe rooms add more space and larger beds. A swimming pool, free WiFi, good buffet breakfast and a shuttle in and out of town are all offered for free. A push bicycle will cost you 20,000 dong per day, but even with that thrown on top, Sunflower offers flashpacker services and accommodation at rates similar to those found at backpacker options closer to town.
