Thuan An Hotel
Stands out - a good option

What we say:
The Thuan An stands out from most of the places in Dong Ha, with a more attractive and well-maintained exterior, and a lobby that doesn't look like a government building. The location is good too -- right on the corner across from the bus station, and convenient to several sit-down rice and noodle restaurants. They have a good variety of clean, decent, air-con rooms, and many of the doubles can sleep extra guests at a minimal charge. Some rooms even have free internet access via a LAN connection if you bring your own laptop. A good choice.

Pretty Good For A Night
This is definitely not a bad place to stay for a night. And I can't imagine why anyone would stay in Dong Ha for more than a night. The staff was very nice but spoke almost no English. They tried to be helpful but the inability to communicate made it difficult. The room was very clean and nice enough. It was a little expensive ($15) but altogether not a bad choice. The restaurant right next door had some very nice food. Oh yeah! The sign on the door and by the desk says something else but it really is the correct place. Recent or upcoming name change??
