Just across from the Hoang Huong, Phuong Hoang offers very standard, acceptable, hotel-style accommodation in a midrange price bracket. The cheaper rooms have smaller bathrooms and no tubs, but the more expensive rooms are an improvement on that score. We found better rooms for the price closer to the end of of the street, but with 26 rooms to offer, this looks like a good over-flow option in high season. They also offer a good selection of local tours and bus tickets at competitive prices.
