This flop-house for foreigners, on Le Loi around the corner from Nguyen Cong Tru, is a decent place to save money on a room if you're not too picky. There are some space issues (lack of) and light issues (lack of). You can get better for the price on Sidestreet 66, but if they're full, this will do. The cheap internet in the lobby is a plus, and the staff here are definitely keen to hook people up with tours, but not too pushy.
