Formerly the Van Xuan II Hotel, the A Dong has changed ownership and got its act together. It's no wonder they got rid of the old name -- there were some horror stories circulating about the place. They used to have some cheap rooms, but after being remodelled, they're just outside budget range. Still, the offerings are in line with what's available elsewhere in the price range. If nothing else, the staff here seems determined to erase the memory of the old Van Xuan II. Rates include breakfast and free internet. Some of the rooms feature LAN connections
