The tour group's favourite in Ninh Binh, the Thuy Anh has 37 rooms spread across two buildings, accompanied by a good western and vietnamese restaurant and a full-service tour agency. The rooms in the older building are cheaper, while the better ones are in the new, quieter building at the rear. For mid-range travellers, this is a good value option and even if you're not staying here, drop by for a meal and be sure to pick up a copy of their useful Ninh Binh Tourist Map.
